This page summarises what has changed in FlowSentry, newest first. Each entry lists the main improvements and who they matter to. For the story behind the bigger releases, follow the links to our blog posts.

13 October 2026

Dashboards v2 and the analytics workspace

  • A new dashboard gallery at /dashboards shows only the dashboards your role can open.
  • New dashboards: Executive overview, Transaction monitoring, Operations & SLA, Screening, Customer risk, AI usage and a personal My dashboard you can customise from a widget catalogue.
  • A shared frame on every dashboard: periods from 7D to YTD or Custom, Compare to previous period, drill-through by clicking a figure, bar or row, links that keep the period, auto-refresh every five minutes, and Export CSV for the whole dashboard or a single widget. Every export is recorded under your name.
  • The Analytics workspace compares typologies period on period and adds a Typology radar that highlights typologies with sharply rising alerts and suggests a draft rule. Drafts still go through rule maker-checker.
  • Pivot analytics with saved views and Export XLSX, and a Metric designer for metrics with amber and red thresholds that you can pin to the executive overview.

Screening workbench upgrades

  • Name search for ad-hoc checks against the lists, with adjustable fuzziness and full entry profiles. Searches are recorded in the audit trail and create nothing.
  • Batch screening of up to 5,000 names from a CSV file, with formula-safe export. The audit log records counts only, never names.
  • Bulk clear of potential hits as false positives with one reason code and narrative. Four-eyes still applies per hit.
  • Exclusions ("good-guy" exclusions) with checker approval and expiry tracking.
  • A PEP register for PEP and RCA designations, declassification under maker-checker and 12-month reviews.
  • Match explanation on every hit: Side by side, an attribute Reading, Why this hit and a Score breakdown.

Risk workbench

  • An explainable score: How the score is made up shows each factor's contribution with a plain-English reason, plus floor rules and score history.
  • Risk overrides with a reason, an expiry and approval by a different person with step-up.
  • A What-if simulator that shows how a change to factor weights or band cut-offs would move customers between bands before anything is saved.
  • An EDD workbench where High-band customers' checklists are worked and signed off by a senior approver.

AI assistance across the workspace

  • Assistants for alert triage, case investigation memos and case summaries, STR narrative drafts, screening match explanation, risk rating explanation and KYC change review.
  • Ask Sentry, a read-only copilot on every page, opened with Ctrl+J (⌘J).
  • Every draft is clearly labelled, pseudonymised before any model call, logged, and falls back to a rules-based summary when AI is off or unavailable. AI never decides.

Cases

  • Customer profiles open in a slide-in drawer from a case's Parties / UBO tab, so you keep your place in the case.

12 October 2026

Design system v3

  • A new icon rail with one icon per module, and flyouts listing each module's pages with a one-line description. Pin a flyout to keep it open.
  • A command palette (Ctrl+K or ⌘K) to jump to any page, action or record.
  • Dark mode, with Light, Dark and System themes remembered per browser.
  • Breadcrumbs in the app bar and a notifications bell showing items waiting for your approval.

11 October 2026

Guided rule builder and rule library

  • A step-by-step Create rule wizard: describe the rule in plain English for an AI draft, start from a built-in scenario, or start blank. Every number becomes a named threshold, and the review step includes a backtest.
  • A searchable Rule library combining the built-in scenario pack with your own rules, with tuning, version comparison, and switching built-ins off or on through approval.

Read more: Rules without code.

Ad-hoc file analysis

  • Check a statement or transaction list against your rules, statement analytics and screening lists without loading it into the book. Confirm the mapping, review coverage and promote only the findings that matter into alerts.

Customer and account registers

  • Customers and Accounts registers with search, filters, masked identifiers and audit-logged reveal and export.
  • Governed KYC changes: propose a change with a reason, and another authorised person approves it with step-up before it applies.

Earlier releases

  • Data sources and file runs with signed connections, testing before go-live, and go-live approval by a second person.
  • Mapping studio for mapping source fields to the standard data model, with preview and approval.
  • MLRO decisions workbench for filing, returning or not filing each suspicion, with a goAML readiness check that shows what to fix in the data.
  • Alert work queue with claim, SLA chips, coded closures, bulk close and QA sampling of closures.
